I am only giving Belvoir two stars. These stars are directed at two working individuals, Tom and Jordan. Tom was very helpful in answering any Queries that we had as well as supporting us through the process as it was our first time private renting. Jordan guided us down the route and supported us through this journey. They were both very enthusiastic and professional. However, I was very disappointed with the property manager (Emma Nolan). This is in regards to humiliating us and making us feel incredibly small. We do not earn as much as some may, however we do work hard and thrive for our own place especially for our baby daughter. With this understanding, Emma breached Belviour privacy notice as well as Data protection by displaying our bank statements on screen and pointing out how very little money we have in an unprofessional manner. They have open planned offices, so many eyes can see. We did not give permission for this data to be shown as we had company with us also, as well as how horrible the atmosphere was in regards to her behaviour towards our income. Therefore, I have made this review as well as reporting to head office. rnIn conclusion, Belviour do have lovely staff who deserve to be acknowledged, I thank these staff members for helping us to the best of their ability. However, a breach of data protection cannot go ignored.
