We rented through touchstone and ultimately because of their lack of service and poor upkeep of the property we moved out and got our own place. We didn't have heaters in the bedrooms for months and only after pestering them did we finally get them. The place was crawling with damp which was getting worse and making us ill. When we asked for this to be looked at they just kept coming and taking pictures. We didn't have hot water for 2 weeks. Lots of other issues that we had when we entered and also had when we left. Took us 2 weeks or more to get the deposit back. When asked why we were leaving we put all of the above and no one even bothered to speak with us about this. This made us think perhaps it is a common issue that they are used to getting feedback on.
