Although we were renting our property using Knight Bain, a change of circumstances meant we felt it appropriate to sell the property. We are living abroad, but Pam dealt with everything smoothly and efficiently, in spite of time zone differences. We are very grateful for the excellent service. Pam clearly knew the market well, and provided recommendations to us with regards to the logistics of things once the house had been advertised. Pam kept us fully appraised throughout the process, and delivered an all-round exceptional service. We are very pleased with both the services from Knight Bain, and from Pam herself.
