Sharon and her staff were simply fantastic, after a hugely terrible experience with another estate agent, we were extremely hesitant. Sharon soon put us at ease, she explained how the different pricing bands reacts to the search pages on the main property websites and search engines, gaining more views. Within five days of going live we had four viewings agreed for the coming weekend.
The first people viewing put in a top end offer immediately, and the rest as we say, is history.
Sharon and her team also recommended a quick and highly efficient solictor, which again took all the stress away and made the completion go smoothly.
The office constantly updated us on progress and answered any questions we had, as this was our first sale.
