Michelle Haworth was the agent at Manning Stainton who handled the sale of my mother's property. The whole process took longer than expected due to unexpected demands from the buyer's lender, and was complicated by the fact that the seller was abroad during the whole period. The property stood empty during most of the sale period, which added an extra complication. Michelle handled every step of the process in a very professional manner. She was very responsive, in constant touch with both parties and came up with good and effective solutions for every question that arose. In addition, Michelle kept a constant eye on the property including through the winter, and arranged for several maintenance jobs to be carried out. Michelle quickly gained our confidence and knowing that she was handling matters so effectively took a great deal of worry off our shoulders. We are very pleased with the level of service that we received and are happy to provide our strongest recommendation to any future buyer or seller.
