I found the perfect house, I live almost 4-5 hours away so my friend viewed it for me. All very good, great cottage really nicely finished... then watts and Morgan ruined the sale... 5 times I offered on the house they absolutely refused to inform the seller and kept trying to make me go for a viewing when I had had the house viewed for me. I didn't need to view I'm pretty much all cash buyer with no chain easy easy easy sale.... Leanne in their office ignored every single email with my offers just offering me the chance to view in the end I agreed just because this seemed the only way to get a chance at getting my offer across to the seller an 8-9 hour round trip in one day just to view what i already knew I was going to offer on. I told Leanne I only wanted to view to satisfy her and to measure for curtains and said in emails 5 times please put forward my offer I am happy to go ahead my solicitor is waiting my sale is going through but she ignored every part of those emails just asking when I'd like to view. She ignored me when I said my friend has viewed for me and I'm happy with his review of the house... in the end I found the seller on FB and messaged directly!!! They are a total shambles use them at your peril!
