Although this person has written this feedback anonymously, we know it can only be one landlord. The property was handed over to us mid tenancy in a poor condition, and the landlord was against the idea of completing works to bring it up to a better condition, when it was re-let, hence it was not attractive to potential tenants due to its condition. The tenants we did find, the landlord did not take our advice, and unfortunately the tenants fell on difficult times & had to leave. The full deposit was returned to us, and we submitted everything correctly to the DPS in order to achieve this. If this landlord wants to discuss their feedback with me directly, Id be more than happy to talk through any points she has raised. It doesn't look good on an individual when they post a negative reply on a review website, without taking the matter up first with the business involved.
