Met Neil in early January for a valuation. He clearly knew his stuff and the Coventry market. Two weeks later and three viewings all interested they secured two full asking price offers and after best a finals a price £3K over asking price.

Neil,Cheryl and Ben were fantastic in keeping me updated during the process, coping with a pedantic and demanding buyer ( or rather her dad!) with professionalism and humour securing a satisfactory completion in 8 weeks.

I would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell their property in the Coventry area.

Very fair fee for the work they did and certainly would use every time over an online agency. This sale would not have happened without their personal expertise.
