I have recently sold my home of more than 20 years in Totnes, I am pleased that I chose to use Marchand Petit,as they were consistently professional, helpful and responsive.All staff were friendly and the manager Tim thoughtful and helpful.In particular I dealt with Martha who was great and always got back to me promptly and was calm and communicative with myself and the vendors alike.It can be a difficult process selling a well loved home,but they made the process as smooth and easy as possible.

We relocated back to the area from the South East and found our house in Churston Ferrers through Marchand Petit. They were on the ball, professional and extremely helpful through the whole process.
