Starkey and Brown have always been supportive and very quick with getting back to us with any queries we had. There were no judgements towards us prior to moving in and whilst applying that we had experienced with other agents in the city. The whole letting team (and other staff) in the office are lovely and genuinely warm when you visit the office and will go above and beyond to help you out. They are also quick at responding to maintence calls, sending people out to fix the problem and even follow up to see if it was resolved; which after living in Lincoln for 4 years doesn't happen with agencies very often. I highly recommend using Starkey and Brown as an agency here in Lincoln, and even better to support a local business!
