Chloe was always willing to help with any issues we had with our tenancy and was quick to reply to us. She was particularly helpful in assisting us with the moving out process and any issues and questions we had.

Everything could be conducted through e-mail and online, which was particularly handy during the application process for the flat as it made it easy to compile the relevant documentation in a timely manner.

Staff that visited the property from Southside were always very friendly and respectful of our own space.

The documentation provided during the moving in and moving out process was thorough and detailed everything that was required from us as tenants clearly - particularly in terms of cleaning and procedure into getting our full deposit back. The inventory service used to ensure the condition of the property was great too, with clear guidelines on how to evalutate any issues with the flat.

The property was initially provided to us in a clean state. We have only just appreciated this now as with our new letting agents, we were handed a flat that had barely been cleaned and the inventory was not detailed clearly or accurately at all, so thank you Southside for this. Any issues with repairs were also dealt with in a timely manner.
