I recieved appalling service from Leeanne throughout the whole process of viewing and making an offer on a property. It started when I first called to book a viewing, she said 'can you actually afford this though, you cannot view it otherwise'. We viewed the property with another agent, which was not rude but was half an hour late and caused us to missed the theatre! When my partner called to make an offer she said she would call us straight back for information and we waited 1hour 45mins! I had taken a couple of hours off work to try to sort the buying, so I was fuming! I called her back and the first thing she asked me was if I was married to my partner and then again could I actually afford this! I have no idea what planet this woman lives on, last I checked you didn't earn thousands being an estate agent, and you certainly don't earn a lot turning away customers. That was the end of us dealing with Greyfox. I warn you to avoid Leeanne if you actually want to sell a property.
