This is my first exprrience of buying a house through an auction. I have found the whole proceess much easier than i thought it would be. I was kept informed at every stage and given excelkent advice. Karen always kept in touch and helped me complete the purchase.

You are free to escalate your complaint to Stage 3 for further review, if you remain dissatisfied. You will then be able to escalate your concerns further to The Property Ombudsman if you wish.

The non-refundable nature of the Reservation Fee is disclosed on our website, our Buyer's guide, the Bid Registration, our Terms and Conditions, and the Reservation Agreement. This fee is paid to reserve a property exclusively to the Buyer for purchase in the Reservation Period.

Beware! If the seller withdraws, iamsold will NOT return your reservation fee. There is nothing in the terms and conditions on their website about this. They then give you reasoning behind this which can be argued against with their own t&cs which they ignore ...

As mentioned on the other review platform, The Appeals Process is there to give Buyers the opportunity to challenge the Review Panel's decision to retain the non-refundable Reservation Fee. We will respond to you within the stipulated timescales and if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome you may then approach The Property Ombudsman.

But why using viewers names to make money.
You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties.
You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that.
This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors.
Agency have to inform the viewers about that black list. ...
