The non-refundable nature of the Reservation Fee is disclosed on our website, our Buyer's guide, the Bid Registration, our Terms and Conditions, and the Reservation Agreement. This fee is paid to reserve a property exclusively to the Buyer for purchase in the Reservation Period.

As mentioned on the other review platform, The Appeals Process is there to give Buyers the opportunity to challenge the Review Panel's decision to retain the non-refundable Reservation Fee. You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties.
You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that.
This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors.
