I do not often write reviews but wanted to provide one for the service provided by Patrick Morgan and others in the team at WJ Meade Enfield. I have this week completed on my purchase and collected the keys to my new home of which I am am over the moon! My purchase case was a particularly difficult one, requiring a simultaneous re-mortgage on my existing property to enable funds release to use towards the deposit on the new property. From the initial viewing, subsequent viewings, home-buyer and structural survey visits etc. right through until the completion, the team were helpful and willing to accommodate last minute property attendance requests. Patrick was always polite and there to help overcome every hurdle faced - and there were many! Patrick always responded promptly to any emails, and went above and beyond if information was needed at(sometimes very) short notice. What I found particularly helpful was having someone that not only had expertise in their area of work, but also very valuable knowledge of the various steps within the conveyancing process. Buying a property is in itself a stressful period and the importance of knowing the process and having proactive, knowledgeable and helpful agents goes without saying. Honestly, without Patrick's ability to clarify issues and liaise with solicitors to get results, I could have lost out on my dream home. I cannot thank Patrick and WJ Meade enough for their guidance and support and would not hesitate for a moment to recommend highly!
