After trying to sell our 'very sellable' house through a major estate agent for over 10 months, we gave up, losing our 'new' property. Close to completely giving up, we thought we'd give Balgores a call, friendly unpressurised advice given, completely giving the final decisions down to us. Andrew gave us complete confidence they could sell our house. Signed with me them on the18th January 2019, and had lots of interest, we have today exchanged contracts, 22nd February 2019, 16 working days. Unbelievable. Had high confidence in Connor, who done our viewings, loads of communications, wish we had gone to them 1st. We can't praise them enough, highly recommended

I just want to thank the team and especially Connor for all the exceptional work on helping me purchasing my first house.I decided to buy a house in March 2019 and I went to visit this house where I fell in love.Connor helped throughout the process from the first beginning till the end,never had to complain or to ask about any news everything was up to speed and this is May.everythîng has been closed.whoop whoop.

Highly competitive as well as being flexible (in my case). I was in touch with a number of other agents and the agreement I reached with Andrew Perry was as good (if not better) than anyone else in Gravesend. But even if someone else had undercut the price, I doubt they would have provided the value for money that I feel I got for the fee.
