Karen Griffiths handled our purchase of a house in Paignton which was a long-chain transaction, negotiated over a distance of 230 miles as we lived in Milton Keynes when we made an offer. The chain was rather complex and, on many occasions, various links were chaotic and misinformed which required patient persistence. Throughout this often exasperating process Karen was unfailingly dedicated and effective, demonstrating calm professionalism and agile intelligence. My wife and I cannot imagine how this complex and protracted transaction could have succeeded without Karen's constant care, dynamism and drive. True excellence!
