From the outset when Brett visited my property, his knowledge was good and informative. I did have some problems that were out of the agents hands throughout the sale of my property with the bottom of the chain. The agents did what they could constantly to chase and get things moving. Serena was particularly involved with chasing keeping me informed of which she did very efficiently. Overall great service from Village Estates.
