Excellent personal service. House sold at asking price within 10 days. Daily contact and feedback. Nothing too much trouble even from office staff. Great support liaising with other agents and solicitors especially at exchange when solicitors throw the inevitable "curved ball". Thorough knowledge and research of whole area of conveyancing. Tim May and Ben Davies could not have been more supportive or professional. What a difference from other estate agents we have used.
