Serena really kept on top of my house purchase for me. She was on top of chasing the solicitors and always at the end of the phone if I ever had a question, as I was a first time buyer and didn't really know what the processes were of buying a property! Serena was very helpful throughout the whole process and would always call to give updates which gave me confidence. Thank you for your help :)
