I was recommended to use Lakin & Co by the tenant that moved out of my property, when i mentioned i was intending to sell. She had used them in the past and friends of hers had also had excellent service, where other well known high street chain branches had failed to meet expectations.
I met Chris Lakin at the property at a convenient time for me and instead of the hard sale i got from other agents, he had a much more agreeable method of selling that suited my needs at the time, the property went on the market and an offer was accepted i believe within a fortnight for the exact amount i had in mind for the property.
During the sales process i dealt with Molly O Brien on a weekly and sometimes daily basis, which she made feel like it was no trouble to her and i felt valued as a client of theirs. She was extremely knowledgeable and also helped me select the conveyancing solicitor to assist in the sales process.
Overall a 10/10 service and will recommend to friends and family over the other major chains, who are seemingly led by targets that need to be met, rather than providing a service to each and every customer.
