I was interested in a particular property to rent and contacted Estate agent Martin &Co in Cambridge.
Agent Federica Petrocca gave me full and extremley detailed information.
Viewing appointment of the property was made for the next day and Federica came very prepared with full knowledge of all aspects or the property.
She left me with no doubts whatsoever!
From that moment onwards she guided me through the whole process of rental and within a very short period of time I successfully moved into my dream home.
I found her service excellent and would recommend her to anyone in need of a confident and knowledgeable agent.
