I had already had my flat on with a different agent who had let me down in many and varied ways finally losing the sale and not being able to attract new interest within the following 2 weeks. I contacted Caroline who was able to get the new photos taken the same day, gave me really excellent information regarding my rights and obligations under the agreement I had signed with the previous agent and got the property onto the market again within 48 hours.
Lee was my lead contact who was always helpful and cheerful and the team managed to drum up more interest in 24 hours than the previous agent managed in 2 weeks. The property sold within a few days.
I was what can only be described as a nervous seller and Lee and Caroline looked after me at every stage. I could not recommend Manning Stainton highly enough.
