Craig and the team at Pedder absolutely smashed it out the park! Having had my property on the market for many months with other agents and having little luck, Craig quickly secured two asking price offers. The second of these was seen through to completion and Craig was always on hand to keep things moving and ensure the process went smoothly. He's also gone above and beyond, providing market research to assist me with my onwards purchase (even though I'm not buying through Pedder), which has been very helpful. I'd highly recommend that anyone looking to sell our rent a property in the area give Pedder a try.
