My son has been renting a property with other students. A direct debit was set up to collect monthly payments but Redlet failed to collect the correct payments each month. By doing so they allowed my son to get in to rent arrears in excess of £700.00. Redlet admitted that their own staff had caused the error but they refused to reduce the sum of £700.00.
On an additional 2 occasions they advised my son that there were additional amounts that he owed, but they have now agreed that these amounts were not outstanding. Please do not take out a tenancy agreement with this company. They cannot run a business.

Your staff were, in fact, rude as they are to many other students and incompetent of any professionalism. You and your fake solicitors in a warehouse building acted illegally; you had a choice and you chose to HARASS myself, my family and other students because that’s the kind of people you are. safeguarded, we offer the following:If you believe you have a grievance, please
write in the first instance to the address below: Milwood House, 36b Albion House, Maidstone,
ME14 5DZ ;The grievance will be acknowledged within 3
working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established
in-house procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent
to you within 21 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise
you in writing and confirm our revised response date.  If you are dissatisfied with the conclusion of
the in-house review of the complaint, you can refer the matter to the The
Property Ombudsman, Milford House, 43- 45 Milford Street, Salisbury,
Wiltshire, SP1 2BP
