Had a valuation visit today took time off work and the agent made me feel uncomfortable in my home then the value was a lot lower than others which was fine which I expected but didn't like the way was made to feel plus the agent Toby didn't discuss the services or prices or any thing at all and said would email valuation no paperwork or any thing filled in or any details left most property's he had as comparisons weren't anything like mine and some from years ago felt like no effort or prep went into the visit very poor service just not good when you take time off to be there for a meeting and nothing
