Do not start a tenancy with Bridgfords under any means. They're liars, fraudsters and do not give a s**t about their tenants once they have your signature. I made the mistake of going with the property and ignoring the bad experiences people have already had with Bridgfords. Now I'm stuck for 6 months in a property with a bunch of inadequate furnishing, broken blinds, broken lightbulbs, aged carpets, an aged mattress, and best of all - a microwave which if turned on would burn down the whole apartment! Bridgfords were aware of all of the above, just failed to mention it, and now they are refusing to do anything about it. Previous tenants have already been charged for the broken furnishing and the money has just gone straight into Bridgford's back pocket. Avoid Bridgfords at all costs!
