24/7 Kilmarnock have been the agency managing my rented property for a number of years and over the years it has felt like it was simply a business making a penny, whenever there was a problem then the management would not get involved, if there was any issues then it felt like the landlord was the undervalued person in the process, the general staff were always polite and corteous but it was clear that the mangement did not take a hands on approach......However this has now changed, what a difference since Vicky has came on board, i had a problem and rather than leaving it for her staff to deal with Vicky made contact immediately she sorted it and completed further follow up actions, as a landlord she has shown that the chain in both tenants, company and landlord. I have had more positive energy and communication in the last two weeks than i had from the previous management in 6 years, I can only imagine how positive the vibe is amongst her staff in the office now. Anyone thinking of renting out their property then I feel you are in safe hands with Vicky being around managing the team and actually taking the time to speak and communicate effectively with you. Thank you!!!
