James from Manning Stainton Wakefield visited us for an initial chat and that changed our entire outlook on estate agents in general and Manning in particular. We had our tough times through the sale process with market changes, mortgage approvals and solicitor searches. Manning Stainton stayed with us right through out the process, calming our nerves during tough situations and were very prompt and quick in taking the next step at critical times to get the sale smoothfully through the line. I can't thank them enough as they have now saved me a lifetime of hard earned money and I completely appreciate my decision of going on with an agent whom I can meet face to face, talk, discuss and hassle them when needed ;p I dont regret my decision of not going for an online agent. We all know at the end of the day the house sells itself, but the conveyancing process in the UK is not straight forward and needs an expert agent like Manning who genuinely cares for you. After all its your hard earned money involving a life time investment. Special thanks to Chris, James, Ann, Natalie, Jodie and Vicky. 5 stars for all of you. I still can't believe how you were so involved and managed to sell my house with me being abroad. God bless you all.
