I found that the whole experience from start to finish with the Hailsham branch brilliant and I cannot thank you all enough. Right from the start Toby valued the property and was sympathetic to our loss of my mother and the probate requirements never pushy but always informative. The office especially the manager Claire was quick to respond to any queries that arose from both sides of the purchase and I found that by having all of the process neatly wrapped up with the conveyancing team much easier and quicker to process especially as I don't live in the area.
Comment on agent fees
I thought the fees were fair and within line o the market place and I was charged lots more by other estate agents

Utterly shambolic service provided.
Applications are painful at the best of times, but the service provided by all members of staff concerned was dismal.
