The completion date was rapidly approaching and we were unable to get to Cambridge to review any properties. Not a very promising prospect, then Eleanor took up the challenge!
She guided us through a very complicated situation, keeping us up to date at every step.
Whenever we reached what appeared to be a brick wall Eleanor somehow managed to find a way round it.
This is the first time we have rented and were unaware of the red tape involved but with Eleanor's help we are now getting settled into the rental property.
