Nindi Mann and her team at Platinum Estates have set a new standard in estate agency. Understanding our needs better than we did, Nindi found us the perfect solution for our Rent 2 Rent property. She was very supportive and consistent throughout the process, making professional photos and marketing the rooms, she showed the featured flat in its best light. Nindi checked the property herself and gave us useful feedback as she knows what tenants are looking for.
Nindi and her team provide with full support in managing and resolving any issues for the property.
Nindi offered a few more properties for our company and as a result, we are taking over the 2nd property next week. Communication was excellent and she was flexible to ensure both the owner and the managing company are happy.
There are hiccups happening every so often, but honestly without Nindi there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all! Now we're working on the next property in our HMO and Serviced Accommodation Portfolio and Nindi at Platinum Estates was instrumental in making that happen.

Avoid these crooks at all costs, they do not clean before moving in, they try and avoid all repairs and then steal your deposit. They are basically fraudsters.
