Key homes is the most unreliable agent ever. I stayed with them for 2 years and everytime you need something they make excuses not to come and when they do they will charge you money. Tyr two years ive been with them I have to chase them to get my refund from them. Took a very long time for them to refund my first year and in my second year they have refused to pay going to a year now. Everytime I call someone will call me back but they never do. How horrible of you to be keeping students money. Please fix this. It's not nice. It's a bad idea. 0 points.

I would use them again and would recommend them to other renters
