Daniel Paul helped our family to find an ideal property in Ealing. The staff were attentive to our needs and dealt with every matter calmly, quickly, and professionally. We would highly recommend them to anyone, and we were particularly impressed with the personal touch Nigel Stanchev provided throughout the entirety of our tenancy. Nigel was tasked with managing the property on behalf of our landlords and was a pleasure to deal with.
We will take many happy memories away from our time in our lovely flat in Ealing, and from the first viewing Nigel and the staff at Daniel Paul contributed to the good feelings we had about the property and the area. The quality of service we received extended across our tenancy and to helping us to finalise our departure to our satisfaction - making the entire experience positive and hassle-free. What agent could do to change your mind?
No one seems to take responsibility in sorting an issue. You're either told they're too busy or they've been on holiday so it's nothing to do with them. I don't understand how it could be seen as a professional service they offer when nothing but excuses.Attached Filesnbsp;

You fail to mention the fact Nigel told us the wrong information and when he was on holiday your office staff had no idea what was going on and didn't want to deal with anything.
