I got in touch with Mr Lee Joynson by default.It was because I had to do one of those calls that you start dialling on Monday but not actually let ring through until it's Friday afternoon,and you finally worked up enough courage to do it.By that time the person I was supposed to talk to had gone home. I am so pleased over that outcome.Mr Joynson is very easy to talk to and he was all about establishing the problem and trying to find a solution that would work.After our conversation he followed up by sending me an email with a summary of our conversation.This for me was extremely important.I felt heard and reassured that I could trust him. Once all had been sorted.I was once again contacted by Mr Joynson I'm a different matter.Once again he followed up by email to inform me that the matter was solved.Once he had the information he needed he went straight to sort the problem.Sent me an update by email and gave me a clear time-line.If I should summarise my impression of Mr Joynson it would be that he is a strategist with a heart.I can not think off a better quality for a person to have when you try to sort a problem.There nothing that could have been added to improve the service. I shall even admit that after all was done I went to church,I lit a candle to give thanks to God for his grace an a candle to bless Mr Joynson stone in gratitude.Cant say I ever done that before in my whole life.
