As a first time Landlady letting my first property, I have found the whole experience far less stressful than I had imagined thanks to NMR lettings. Nathan and Robyn are Professional but at the same time approachable. They are very informative and quick to answer calls and emails. I feel like my property is in very good hands and won't hesitate to instruct them on my next property.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
