I do not know with whom the previous review was dealing (if anyone) but it clearly wasn't Maslen.
I do not work for, or have any affiliatioon with Maslen.
My job is managing a team of property acquisition caseworkers, and as such involves overseeing around 200 property transactions a year, ranging from those represented by giant corporate agents (with the names of whom we would all be familiar) right down to 'mom and pop' sole trader agents. In short, I am very familiar with the spectrum of service and care one can expect.
The service my wife and I received from Maslen was fabulous, especially from Sharon and Meghan (though thanks to Mark and Josie as well)
We were part of a pretty shakey chain and Sharon and Mark provided comfort to both me (the buyer) and the sellers and generally kept everyone sane until we eventually got the transactions over the line.
I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.
