Lawler & Co. are an expanding business, new to Poynton but well-established in Marple and Hazel Grove. I felt an immediate chemistry with MD Leigh Lawler (a local Poyntonian), who comes across as friendly, dynamic and very professional in his approach. He gave me a plausible valuation for my property and recommended an uncontroversial and reassuringly traditional method of sale by private treaty. So I decided to go with Lawler & Co. I'm glad I did. He and his team (Sophie, Angela and Melanie) were supportive and unfailingly helpful in guiding me through the twists and turns, the highs and lows of the selling process. In the end we achieved a respectable 94%+ of the asking price, and did so within the relatively short timescale I had been hoping for. What more could you ask for?

Unfortunately some vendors only wish purchasers who are on the market to view - especially if they have had a high level of viewers who can't proceed instantly previously. As discussed with yourself after seeing this review we do make every effort to accommodate viewings but we are obliged to take our clients instructions (as confirmed we did discuss with the vendor again after your initial phone call).
