Phil is absolutely fantastic. Whether you are looking to rent or sell, Phil's the man for you.
He's highly professional, hugely knowledgeable end efficient.
What's more he's very personable + has a great sense of humour. So whether selling or renting out your house, you might even find he makes it a fun experience for you... ! how about that eh ;)
He's very can-do, will problem solves in seconds. He's also great at giving you advise if you'd like it.. often situations can arise which seem stressful + confusing but luckily you won't feel that for long with Phil by your side.
He's also a brilliant salesmen, so you know he'll seal the best deal for you, if you're selling your house. Similarly find a tenant for you if you are renting.
He's rented out my house on a number of occasions + I find him to be very pro-active, always gives feedback before I ask + always gets feedback from viewings.
