Liz and, in her absence Serena and all the Village Estates team, kept us informed of progress not just on our purchase but throughout the chain. My clear impression was that Village Estates were the driving force behind maintaining progress for our sale and purchase, even though they were not instructed on the sale. Thank you Liz and the Village Estates team.
Comment on agent fees
We were offered competitive rates by Village and had planned to move to them (having ended our engagement with the selling agent), had it not been that an offer received via the previous agent progressed.
