From the moment I made the appointment to view the property, the service I have received cannot be faulted. Eliza showed me around the house and was very friendly. She even let us back in to double check something we'd forgotten to check for (This was only minutes after we came out). She then gave me full instructions on how to move forward with the application. Leanne Holmes then looked after me once I'd applied for tenancy. She was very friendly and gave first class customer service! I bombarded her with dozens of questions and she was more than happy to answer them. Whenever I was unsure about anything she put me at ease. After the tenancy was accepted and monies paid etc.. I was emailed the confirmation with 7 attachments of all sorts of useful information regarding the Property, including a link to the Council website to find out when my bin gets collected. (FYI, Leaders don't do that!). Hannells have given fantastic Customer Service!
