Lavelle was fantastic handling the sale of our property. It was a shared ownership house that we thought would be trickier to sell, but only took 24 hours for her to arrange a viewing and have it sold.
Communication was excellent, she always kept us updated all along the process. We had to sell the property from a far, but but Lavelle had a key, and arranged everything/took photos when we couldn't be there, which we appreciate very much.
We had a giggle along the way, very highly recommended!
