The terms and conditions of lettings state that admin fees, deposit and first month's rent is payable before they stop showing property to others. They also wanted me to send them 3 months of wage slips and 3 months of bank statements. After having lived all over the country, this is a new one on me and usually required for mortgages. If you want to keep your money and privacy, find another agent!

The girls who work here are more concerned about how they look rather than the conditions they make their tenants suffer ! Everything you want doing they need atleast 12 months notice because they’re literally useless !!!!
