We actually marketed our house last year and within a few weeks we changed our mind, Mannings were so understanding and wished us well in our decision reassuring us that the door would remain open.
We decided this year financially was a better time for us to sell our house. We met with Matthew Pank again and we picked up where we left off last year, we did spend most of the hour being interrupted by my 19 month old toddler wanting Matthews full attention to play with his toys whilst handing him various half eaten snacks, rather than shooing him off to discuss the house sale Matthew took the time to give my son some attention which I thought was very sweet and confirmed to me how friendly and personable Mannings are.
Within 6 days we had an offer on our house after some superb photos were taken to show the house off to its full potential. The girls in the office rang me often leaving various messages on what was going on behind the scenes with potential buyers, upcoming viewings and feedback they chased up after the viewings. Pippa in particular was one of the girls I felt I chatted to the most and again a friendly voice offering advice and keeping us in 'the loop'.
So far we are very happy with the service received and I would recommend Mannings at Guiseley to anyone in the area wanting a friendly yet professional house sale...
