While owning a property in Portsmouth, our family had not lived in the City for over 40 years. And we had no understanding of not only property prices, but also how to go about selling and buying property. So we needed professional help.
Luckily for us we were recommended to see Archbold and Edwards and this turned out to be the smartest move we made in turns of our future property needs. We were able to communicate precisely want we wanted and with a matter of days things started to move quickly.
Our three bedroom house was sold for much more that we had anticipated and Archbold and Edwards found an apartment that was exactly what we said we needed in terms of our families requirements our the next few years.
As our family lives in a number of different locations around the globe we anticipated that communicating with Archbold and Edwards was going to be difficult, but the reverse was true. We were informed about every move involving both the sale of the old property and the purchasing of the new apartment. We could not have asked for a more professional and friendly service, and we have no hesitation in recommending Archbold and Edwards.
