I have sent this e-mail to show how grateful I am for the help and service I received from your staff. Eliza showed me around a couple of properties and did the handover at the chosen property, Heather showed me around the chosen property, the were both very personable and efficient. Holly persuaded the landlady to let me view the properties and answered any questions I had promptly, as it was a very stressful time. Leanne also got all of my information to and from the landlady and between the two of them they managed to get me into the property in a very short timescale. They were also both very understanding of my situation, which was good of them. This allowed me to be sorted (only just) in time for Christmas, I can not thank Hanells enough for making this possible. I will definitely be using Hanells again for my purchasing/selling of future properties, i would highly recommend them. Thanks a lot guys!
