We used Brookdale for 2 years whilst we rented a property. It is safe to say that they are super reliable, efficient and always deal with (& action) enquiries or problems quickly. Moving in was made easy and the information pack received was incredibly useful. On the flip side, moving out, again was easy - there was always someone on hand to answer queries & there was plenty of information shared for moving out procedures/obtaining our deposit back etc.
I'd like to say a special thank you to Julie Burke. Julie was always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions & to help us whenever needed. She's an very friendly individual who couldn't have made our experience with Brookdale more personal. Every company needs someone like Julie!

Would have been nice to have heard it in person rather than read it on email. Also a bit more support would have been nice when we showed interest in buying the property - it felt a little cold.

Comment on agent fees
We could grumble at all the initial set up fees when we first rented through Brookdale but nearly every letting agent is the same! The only fee we did grumble about was a renewal fee only 6 months into our agreement which we thought was a bit cheeky considering all the fee's we had just paid 6 months ago!
