I was in touch with the agency with a clear and detailed request. They arranged a tour of 5 properties, none of them ticked all the boxes. The tour was arranged by an agent which just started the profession too (a good guy but lack of experience of course). I decided not to place any offer and look further. Browsing on their website I found the property I was looking for - and I still wonder why this property was not offered to me during the first visit. The process has been smooth from offer to completion. It could have probably been even smoother if choosing the full set of extra services they offer, from mortgage to solicitor - but some of them are out of market. The agent made a small mistake in the offer submission, which was promptly admitted and reimbursed without any sort of discussion. Tony Ennis makes the difference. He is experienced, dedicated and result driven. He has followed the process closely, dealing with my pedantic solicitor with patience and determination. All in all a good experience, I would recommend this agency to other buyers.
