Appalling ..bulling tactics used to try and make me accept offer £55,000 under asking price THEY SET . I asked them not to inflate the price as Probate sale and I was just interested in selling quickly !!! 3O minute ramberling the following tactics : Brexit Winter The purchaser is going to buy one round the corner if you don't accept ! ( they couldn't see though this ??) They told the purchaser the figure I may accept !!( I didn't ask them too ) In the end I was charged .75 % or around £3000 for them to work for the purchaser daylight robbery . I am sure there are some good estate agents out there but avoid Alan Morris at all cost . I have heard amazing reviews about purple bricks save yourself thousands and your own sanity by advoiding these bullies .

We have worked extremely hard to gain the strong reputation we have and are keen to maintain this. To confirm, no one of that name has worked for us in our 25 year history. Without your review, our hard working, caring, and totally professional team would have a perfect set of 5 star reviews on Allagents that they thoroughly deserve.
