We had been looking for a house
We had instructed one of the large agencies to sell our house. The photographs they took were dire and the valuation unrealistic. As a result there was little interest and, wen we complained at the lack of progress we were made to feel it was our fault.
So we gave them notice and instructed William's Way. Wil's photos were so much better and the price he suggested far more achievable. And when, at one point, things got a little sticky, he came up with a creative idea which resulted in two offers being made the following day. We have now just exchanged contracts.
We have felt very supported by Wil, Richard and Tom. Unlike some other estate agents, they tell you what you need to know, not what you would like to hear. We have felt, during both buying and selling processes, that they were always available to support us, that the advice they gave was good ad, above all, honest.
